The “Painkillr” songstress filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020 and, within weeks, the estranged couple was in a lawsuit amid allegations they embezzled money intended for the families of the victims in the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash that took place in 2018.
Seemingly learning her lesson and wanting to avoid being roasted for her attire, the 50-year-old reality star ditched her usual glam look and opted for a casual tracksuit while running errands over the weekend.
Jayne was snapped in a matching two-piece long sleeve set during the Labor Day holiday, in photos obtained by The Sun. She had her blonde hair piled on top of her head in a messy bun and shielded her face with black sunnies and a face mask.

As OK! previously reported, Jayne was recently slapped with an amended federal lawsuit stating that she must repay $25 million to creditors.

The RHOBH star is being sued by her estranged exes past clients in federal court in hopes they can recoup some of the money they claim went to fund her lavish lifestyle and career. Girardi’s former clients believe the singer knew about and helped the disgraced attorney with the alleged embezzlement.

“Erika has direct knowledge that for at least 12 years, all of her expenses were being paid by [Girardi’s firm] as she was generating them,” the court docs read. Some of the “Pretty Mess” singer’s alleged expenses included over $14,000,000 in American Express charges, as well as payments for glam, jewelry, shoes and other “lavish expenses.”
