who was born, DeAndre Cortez Way, told the outlet that he was upset that the “Famous” singer was allegedly spinning false stories on social media about the new release. This comes after claimed on Instagram that “Universal put my album out without my approval and they blocked ‘Jail 2’ from being on the album.” Sources from Universal told Variety that West’s allegations were “preposterous.”

“Jail 2,” which features DaBaby and Marilyn Manson, was not available on streaming services when the album first dropped on Sunday, August 29, but has since appeared.

“You know for a fact that is not gonna let nobody release his album without his permission,” Soulja Boy told TMZ.

Soulja Boy also told the publication that he was annoyed that West did not have the courage to him personally and explain why his verse was cut. “You could have called me personally, just like you called me personally to be on the album,” he said.

While the rapper told the outlet that he had better things to do than to collaborate with West on work that never comes out, he is still open to working with the artist in the future.

“Don’t waste my time. Just like you’re working on your album, I’m working on my album too,” Soulja Boy said.

In the messages, West appeared to tell Soulja Boy that he loved him and thought he was a “genius.” “Thanks that means ALOT coming from u,” Soulja Boy responded. “I’m Down lets work on fashion and music.”

He also told a fan on Twitter that he doesn’t know how to feel about . “Kanye sent me that song ‘remote control’ and I don’t hear my verse on it… hmm f**k that n***a,” he said.

Chris Brown, who had been rumored to appear on Donda, also slammed West when the album came out. “Kanye a whole hoe,” the 32-year-old first posted on his Instagram Story. The “With You” singer deleted the first post and then wrote “Nah he tweakin,” on his Story.
