It seems that Kanye West‘s long-awaited Donda did not go down well with some: Chris Brown and Soulja Boy the rapper after their reported contributions didn’t appear in the final cut of the album.

was rumored to be featured on the album. Hours after the release, he posted “ a whole hoe,” on his Instagram Story. The 32-year-old then deleted the initial post and wrote “Nah he tweakin.”

In the screenshot, West allegedly messaged the “Crank That” hitmaker and asked if he wanted to collaborate on the new album and on a new GAP campaign. “I love you bro, you’re a genius,” the “Flashing Lights” singer allegedly told Soulja Boy.

“Thanks that means ALOT coming from u,” Soulja Boy replied. “I’m Down lets work on fashion and music.”

DeAndre Cortez Way, responded to a fan who asked what he thought of Donda. The track appeared on the album with a
Young Thug verse.

As OK! previously reported, West was none-too-pleased that Donda dropped. “Universal put my album out without my approval and they blocked ‘Jail 2’ from being on the album,” the fashion designer posted on Instagram. Sources from Universal told Variety that West’s allegations were “preposterous.”

“Jail 2” was reportedly unavailable to stream when the album first dropped but has since appeared on streaming platforms. The track was met with controversy as it features both DaBaby and Marilyn Manson.

This comes weeks after DaBaby was blasted for homophobic comments he made during a show. Manson has been embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal after several women, including Evan Rachel Wood, accused him of abuse earlier this year.
