Cops in Honolulu showed up to the couple’s home after they received a call just before midnight on July 31 about an argument at a residence, per the police report, obtained by TMZ. When the cops arrived at the scene, the alleged victim — who is believed to be Cecily’s boyfriend Matty Smith — informed officers she had punched him multiple times and bit him.
Cecily’s beau — who has reportedly been with Duane’s estranged step-daughter for five years — told the police the two were drinking before she became both verbally and physically abusive. According to Matty, Cecily punched him on both sides of his face as well as bit his upper lip, which left a mark with swelling and bruising.

The claims didn’t stop there, as Cecily’s man insisted this wasn’t the first time the 28-year-old physically abused him. In fact, he claimed her outbursts have happened several times in the past — however, he finally got sick of her alleged toxic behavior after the recent incident and called the cops on her for the first time.

It seems Cecily felt the altercation was just a small bump in the road since the cops didn’t press charges, as the outlet reported she considered the matter resolved.

Cecily and Matty got engaged on Christmas 2018, but she revealed earlier in August that she canceled her December wedding with the plumber. While she insisted the two haven’t officially called it quits, Cecily explained the lovebirds are taking some time apart.
News of the couple’s domestic violence scandal comes on the heels of Cecily’s drama with estranged dad Duane, who is gearing up to wed fiancée Francie Frane on Thursday, September 2. As OK! reported, Cecily’s name recently made headlines after she revealed she and sister Bonnie Chapman weren’t invited to Duane’s upcoming wedding.

At first, Cecily and Bonnie (Duane and Beth’s biological daughter) said they believed they didn’t recieve an invite because they reminded the reality star too much of their late mother. However, the sisters changed their tune shortly after, claiming their support over Black Lives Matter and racial equality caused a rift in their relationship with Duane.
