Many fans were predicting the eventual break-up for weeks, but other sources seemed to stave off the rumors, saying that the opposite is true. Once rumors swirled over a month ago, a source told People, “Irina is so upset at the lies about her and Kanye. They are very much still dating.”

The couple were first spotted together in June while celebrating the rapper’s 44th birthday at the Villa La Coste in France.

It is worth noting that the short-lived romance didn’t seem to bother West’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian. The KUWTK star knew about the relationship for weeks but paid it no mind. The source dished, “Her only concern is their kids.”

“She wants Kanye to be present and spend as much time with them as possible. The kids love when Kanye is around. Kim doesn’t want a new girlfriend to distract Kanye from spending time with the kids,” claimed the insider.

As OK! previously reported Kardashian addressed the divorce to West during a KUWTK reunion in June, saying, “I honestly don’t think I would even say it here on TV but it was not one specific thing that happened on either part.”

“I think it was just a general difference of opinions on a few things that led to this decision.”

Despite the break-up Kardashian and West have been able to co-parent quiet well together. The A lister’s share 4 children together, daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 3, and sons Saint, 5, and Psalm, 2. Meanwhile Shayk shares daughter Lea De Seine, 3, with her ex Bradley Cooper.
