Real estate broker Vickey Barron of Compass is listing the property alongside her colleague and daughter, Pacey Barron.

and bought the Italianate-style property in 2013 before spending the next 14 months renovating the property in collaboration with LA-based interior designer Trace Lehnhoff and New York architect Jeffrey Povero.

The immaculate brownstone features four bedrooms, four full baths and two half-baths, a large kitchen with custom cabinets and Caesarstone countertops, and a deck with a built-in gas barbeque. There are also three gas fireplaces throughout the house.

Other rooms include a music room, home theater and laundry room. The full basement features a gym, wine cellar and playroom for the couple’s 10-year-old twins, Gideon and Harper.

The residence also has nearly 2,000 square feet of private outdoor space, featuring a terraced rear garden, third-floor deck, an outdoor jacuzzi and an irrigated roof deck with a pergola and barbeque.

On the top floor of the property is Harris’ office, which is supposedly hidden behind a trick door. The secret entrance opens by pressing the eyeball of a magician on a vintage poster, according to a 2015 profile by Architectural Digest.

The house was originally built in 1908, and previously served as a bed-and-breakfast, speakeasy for mill workers and music schools for girls before it was renovated into a single-family home.

Harris and Burtka spoke to The New York Times regarding their feelings about moving out of their unique Harlem home.

“We think of it as Willy Wonka meets the Magic Castle,” the How I Met Your Mother alum told the outlet.

“The Harlem brownstone holds some of our dearest and fondest memories,” he continued. “Our kids have spent the majority of their lives there. It’s a legitamately special place.”

Burtka chimed in saying, “It will always have a spot spot in my heart.”

The fathers-of-two are said to be primarily residing in East Hampton in the 13.5-acre estate they purchased four years ago.
