According to reports, the “Lay Lady Lay” crooner stands accused of grooming the preteen back in 1965 for the purpose of having a sexual relationship with her.

The female — identified as J.C. in the suit — alleges the 80-year-old singer-songwriter gave her liquor and drugs before sexually abusing her.

, over a six-week period between April and May of 1965 befriended and established an emotional connection with the plaintiff,” court documents state, reported Radar. The suit also alleges the musician established a “connection” with the minor to “lower [J.C.’s] inhibitions with the object of sexually abusing her, which he did, coupled with the provision of drugs, alcohol and threats of physical violence.”

She claims the rocker’s actions have left her “emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day.” The victim, now 65, claims the alleged abuse happened on numerous occasions and occurred at the Chelsea Hotel in NYC.

J.C. claims the emotional effects from the sexual abuse has caused long-term effects on her health, including depression, humiliation and anxiety. She claims she had to seek medical treatment from the fallout.

She is accusing Dylan of assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress. She is seeking an unspecified amount in damages and wants a jury trial.

The accuser’s lawyer, Daniel Isaacs, says “the complaint speaks for itself” and did not elaborate on specific details of the suit.

Dylan, born Robert Allen Zimmerman in 1941, has six children from two different marriages. The “Like A Rolling Stone” crooner was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 2016 — the first songwriter in history to receive the prestigious honor.
