The former assistant to the New York Governor, who accused him of sexually harassing her, filed the complaint on Thursday, August 5 in a meeting with sheriff officials, according to The New York Post.

Sheriff Craig Apple confirmed to the outlet that officials have since contacted the Albany County District Attorney’s office, and that things could get ugly for the Governor if the allegations are proven.

“The end result could either be it sounds substantiated and an arrest is made and it would be up to the DA to prosecute the arrest,” Apple told The Post. “Just because of who it is we are not going to rush or delay it,” he continued.

“I mean it was—he was like cupping my breast. He cupped my breast,” she told investigators for the Attorney General.

“I have to tell you it was—at the moment I was in such shock that I could just tell you that I just remember looking down seeing his hand, seeing the top of my bra and I remember it was like a little even the cup—the kind of bra that I had to the point I could tell you doesn’t really fit me properly, it was a little loose, I just remember seeing exactly that,” she claimed.

The unidentified victim also alleged that “moved his hand to grab her butt cheek and began to rub it” while they posed for a photo together in December 2019. Afterwards, he allegedly warned her not to share the photo.

Since coming to light in December, 11 different women have come forward accusing Cuomo of sexual harassment and assault.

Republicans and Democrats alike are urging the Governor to resign amid the allegations, including President Joe Biden, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and both Senators from New York, Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand.
