Nearly six years after hooking up on The Voice, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton finally said their “I dos” in an intimate, down-home ceremony at his Oklahoma ranch on July 3.

Though Shelton, 45, put a ring on it last October, the country crooner and the “Hollaback Girl” singer, 51, had patiently put the on hold “until they were able to bring all their loved ones together safely,” a source tells OK!. “It was a long time coming, but well worth the wait.”

“He always had the intention of one day marrying her there,” shares the source.

’s sons Kingston, 15, Zuma, 12, and Apollo, 7 (with ex-hubby Gavin Rossdale), “played a big part in the day because she and wanted them to know they were all joining together as a family,” the source continues, adding, “they also wrote that into their vows.”

Now that they’ve tied the knot, having a baby — according to reports they’ve started looking for a surrogate — is next on the duo’s to-do list.
