Oh, the wrath of an ex-NFL player scorned. Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler‘s divorce proceedings have been sacked for the time being. A source tells PEOPLE that Cutler, 38, is looking for half of his soon-to-be ex-wife’s Uncommon James brand which includes beauty, jewelry, home and childrenswear.

According to PEOPLE’s sources, the reality star is fighting to retain full ownership and says Cutler did not put any money into the company. The squabbling pair who share sons Camden, 8, Jaxon, 7, and daughter Saylor, 5, announced their divorce in April 2020.

In the divorce petition filed by Cutler in April 2020, the former Chicago Bears quarterback asked that the court make him and Cavallari “joint custodians and joint decisions makers” for their children. Just a month later, the couple reached a mutual joint custody agreement.

Cavallari recently appeared on an episode of Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad‘s “Scrubbing In“ podcast where she shared her thoughts on marriage. “I definitely believe in marriage, and I think that I will [remarry], eventually,” Cavallari said.

But don’t expect any wedding announcements anytime soon as she added, “The thought of getting married right now, it’s like, ‘Oh, my God,’ it makes me cringe. But yes, I still very much believe in it and I do think that I’ll meet someone eventually.”
One word of advice to Cavallari: Prenup.
