“Steve likes a more minimalistic look and has amazing taste,” shared Dewan, adding that although she tends to lean more toward the “feminine and mystical,” they “easily found a happy medium.” 

The pair decorated their previous pad with neutral-toned furnishings, plush rugs and a few statement-making pieces, like an earthy velvet sofa, that will fit right in at their glamorous new digs.

Additional features include a negative-edge swimming pool, a movie theater, a temperature-controlled wine closet and even a putting green. Now, that’s plenty for the showbiz vets to sing and dance about!

Curb appeal: The residence was built in 2018 on a hilltop street in the celeb-heavy Encino enclave. The pair’s neighbors include Meghan Trainor and RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley.
