Wahlberg described his role as a former fighter who moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting but had an accident that gave him an out-of-body experience and promoted him to become a priest.

This has been a tough couple of weeks for Wahlberg after his mother, Alma, passed away last month aged 78. “My angel. Rest in peace,” he captioned a photo of his late mother on social media on Sunday, April 18. 

While her cause of death was not released, Alma was suffering from dementia for sometime.
