The 60-year-old radio host was just the latest in more than 100 people arrested as part of a Palm Beach County probe of the treatment industry led by State Attorney Dave Aronberg. He faces five counts of patient brokering and one count of attempted patient brokering, according to the documents.

The charges say Lohan collected bounties on addicts he referred to the Pride Recovery Center in Delray Beach in 2017 and 2018. One of those addicts was a woman he referred to Pride Recovery while he was in a “sexual relationship” with her, the arrest warrant states.

That woman — whose is only referred to by the initials “B.M.” in court papers — was referred for treatment on May 4, 2018, the same day Lohan received check from Pride Recovery amounting to $5,000, according to patient records.

“Mr. Lohan was investigated by our Sober Homes Task Force and he’s being charged with receiving kickbacks for referring patients to drug treatment,” Aronberg said in a statement. “Patient brokering corrupts our health care system because decisions are motivated by greed instead of a patient’s needs.

“This is our Task Force’s 117th arrest and will not be our last,” he added of Lohan.

According to the charging documents, an investigator spoke to Lohan on April 8, when he denied being involved in patient brokering.

 Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew alum was ratted out by a Pride Recovery Center owner, who was also arrested and charged in the .

The bust is just the latest on Lohan’s long wrap sheet. The -of-seven has been arrested numerous times over the years for crimes such as insider trading, drunk driving, assault and domestic violence and has been in and out of jail most of his famous daughter’s life.
