One month after Disick and Hamlin were first linked at Kendall Jenner‘s 25th Halloween themed birthday bash, Hamlin posted a slew of photos on Thanksgiving, one of which featured Disick and another friend. “Thankful 4 these PPL,” she wrote at the time. 

The reality star and Hamlin also rang in the New Year together during their tropical four-night stay in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

While accessorizing with a long necklace, belly chain and gold hoops, the blonde beauty kept her hair down, as she joined the couple in the water.
