New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter put his stunning Greenwood Lake castle in New York on the market for $12.75 million. The MLB Hall of Famer first bought the compound in 2003 for $425,000 and tried to sell the 4.01-acre property — after significant renovations — for $14.75 million.

Despite the estate’s gothic charm and ideal location, as it’s 50 minutes away from New York City, the home has been on the market for over a year. It appears that Jeter and wife Hannah are ready to close a deal on their family home, since they re-listed their New York residence for $12.75 million.
