Talk about a fashionable find! After 12 years of living in New York City, Victoria’s Secret Angel Elsa Hosk landed in L.A. — and snapped up a masterfully restored mid-century home from acclaimed architect Richard Neutra.
Known as the Wilkins House, the 3,780-square-foot property is a near replica of one of Neutra’s submissions for the famous Case Study House program, which saw top architects design experimental homes across California following World War II.

While the pad never got built as part of the project, Neutra opted to independently bring his plans to life, completing the structure in 1949.

Tucked away on a lushly landscaped lot in South Pasadena, the compound is comprised of a three-bed, three-bath primary residence and a two-bed, two-bath detached guesthouse. (That’s plenty of room for Hosk, 32, and longtime beau Tom Daly, who just welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Tuulikki Joan.)
The dwelling has been impeccably updated over the years to include modern amenities like a butler’s pantry, stainless-steel kitchen appliances and a spa-style master bathroom. However, it still maintains many original details (think: redwood tongue-and-groove ceilings and cork floors with radiant heating), making it truly one-of-a-kind.
