Singer Kelly Clarkson is saying goodbye to the $10 she bought in Encino, California, amid her ongoing with estranged hubby Brandon Blackstock

The Since U Been Gone hitmaker, who shared the property with her estranged husband and their two kids, River Rose and Remington, will evidently take a price cut if the house sells for her asking price — a cool $9 million.

The 10,000 square-foot residence comes with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, a main suite with beaming lights across the ceiling, a private patio, and a lounge area. 

If that wasn’t enough, perhaps the next homeowner will be impressed by the enormous private theater, while a personal gym and a wine room are just footsteps down the hallway. 


Some of the other luxury amenities featured in ’s home include several walk-in closets, an outdoor pool, a two-story guest home, and a spa. 

The American Idol winner first listed the beautiful mansion back in May 2020 for the original price she bought it for – $10 million – but it seemed as if she hadn’t attracted any buyers since then, consequently having her readjust her asking price to $9 million.

A month after originally putting the property up for sale, Clarkson filed for divorce from Blackstock after seven years of marriage. 

The ex-couple have been caught up in a legal war following claims by the singer’s camp, who allege that the talent manager defrauded her of millions throughout their marriage.

Earlier this month, Clarkson’s ex denied committing any fraudulent acts during their marriage, as revealed in court documents obtained by Page Six. In fact, the 44-year-old claims that his soon-to-be ex-wife owes his Starstruck Entertainment company $1.4 million for their involvement in securing the Grammy winner her gig with The Voice and The Clarkson Show.
