Sylvester Stallone has placed his Beverly Hills mega- on the market for a whopping $130 million, it’s been reported. 

The three-time Oscar-nominated actor has decided he wants to leave Los Angeles and relocate to Palm Beach, Florida, with his wife Jennifer Flavin, as per the New York Post

In addition to all this, ’s Beverly Hills home likewise accompanies a colossal glasslike pool, a spa, and a carport large enough to store more than 10 of his extravagance vehicles.

What’s interesting about the “Rocky” star’s asking price is that the most expensive home ever sold in Beverly Hills was $40 million, so for the father of five to be asking for $130 million for his property may seem exceedingly aggressive.

Its initial asking price went from $180 million two years ago to $165 million. 

And if Stallone’s home wasn’t impressive enough, getting cozy with the stars wouldn’t be all that hard since the likes of Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin, Mark Wahlberg, Denzel Washington, and Diddy are just some of the high-profiled celebs who live just minutes away from the 74-year-old.

Putting the mansion on sale comes as no surprise since Stallone and his wife spent another $35.4 million at the end of 2020 to secure their Bermuda-style home in Palm Beach, Florida where the landscaped grounds alone are already taking up 1.5 acres of land, the Dirt reports.
