An exhausted horse suddenly drops in the street after pulling tourists in the Philippines around under the 32°C blistering heat of the sun.

The grey mare was pulling a wooden carriage through the streets of Manila city when it collapsed.
A passing motorcycle rider, Jay David, captured the heart-breaking moment the horse fell to the ground with his head cam.
The video also showed the animal lying in the street as the cart driver tried to get the horse to its feet.
And with the help of another cart driver, they managed to drag the horse up.
Mr David said: ‘It looked like the horse was over-fatigued because of the heat and pollution in the city. She was thin and tired.’

According to witnesses the horse started to stagger but rather than being helped by its driver it was whipped to make her perk up.
Rose Santos, a resident in the city who witness the incident blames the carriage owners for overwork their horses.
She said, “The horse was tired. I could see her struggling. The rider in the carriage tried to keep her going but she gave up.
‘It was like she just wanted to sleep in the middle of the road. She had no energy.”
The “Kalesa” or the wooden carriages pulled by horses are used by tour guides to go around Intramuros district of the capital, which is a former stronghold of Spanish colonizers in the 1700s.
