Remember “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli? He was the American hedge fund manager and former CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals who obtained the manufacturing license for Daraprim, which is used in treating AIDS patients.

He then jacked the price per pill from $13.5 to $750, causing him to be dubbed the “Pharma Bro” and “The Most Hated Man in America”. Yeah, he’s quickly became known for being a real jerk.

If you’re wondering how a 34-year-old got so rich, check out the video below. Martin Shkreli will tell you in his own words just how he made his millions:

But karma came around and he was arrested by FBI in 2015 for securities fraud and was convicted. He is currently in prison while awaiting his sentencing on March 9 for cheating investors in two failed hedge funds. He could face up to 20 years behind bars.

However, the usual scrawny and nerdy look to Shkreli has gone and it seems he’s bulked up while in prison. Shkreli appeared in court for the first time since a judge locked him away, and he now has a beard and is noticeably more muscular.

“He’s got prison muscles,” a source told The Post. “They like him in there. They don’t put their arms around him and say ‘Give me your money’ like they do to other new prisoners… they like him,” the source continued, referencing Shkreli’s fellow inmates.
