The Instagram fitness star has dramatically transformed her body after witnessing an unflattering photograph of herself, but she hasn’t done it the conventional way – by that, I mean she hasn’t restricted herself to rabbit food and hours on a treadmill.

Disregarding all the popular tried-and-tested diet fads, Nessa managed to carve herself a new body out of hearty meals and healthy exercise.
